“I was surprised to see that there was one in fl because last time I had it it was in Jersey. Nonetheless I went to ordering to the one in Palm Bay and somewhere along the way the location shifted to Malabar. When I went to show my husband he then informed me that it was a 100 mile location and that’s not what i obviously wanted so I panicked and called immediately and spoke to a lovely lady named Kaila. I was panicking worrying if I was going to get it refunded or it’s something that most places do and say that’s not my problem or I can’t help you. My perfect night was ruined and your amazing manager was able to make me feel like I’m not a dummy ? and she informed me that it happens a lot more than I thought. She communicated throughly and kept her word and made sure my refund went through.
