POC American Fusion Buffet & Sushi offers an excellent dining experience with a tremendous variety of fresh and well-prepared food selections. The sushi is particularly tasty, comparable to specialty restaurants. The restaurant is perfect for family dining, with a great selection of options for kids. While some guests have had mixed experiences with service, the staff and owner are generally super friendly and accommodating. Despite some challenges during the COVID pandemic, the business has bounced back stronger than ever, maintaining good food quality despite the challenges of a buffet format.
