“Keuh is a hidden gem! We absolutely love this place. Some of the best sushi/japanese in the city. I wanted to highlight Sai, the manager. Our daughter got very sick last night, and she showed genuine concern and helped to take care of her. It was a real human touch that went a very long way.10/10“
“It's been a while since I've had top-level sushi. Fitting it was at Chef David's other restaurant, Sushi By Bou. This omakase was a very relaxed 2 hour seating, with remarkable views of the ocean and the north Miami skyline. I found myself thrown back in my chair with the incredible layered flavors of the almost never-ending fresh fish. The cocktails were nuanced, and the atmosphere was filled with pure happiness. I'll definitely find myself coming back here often!“
“My experience was beyond amazing mostly due to the sushi chef Jerson M. who was absolutely amazing! Very welcoming and friendly I would recommend and have recommended this place to ALL of my friends and family it has become my favorite place for sushi!!! LAND TO SEA ROLL IS TO MURDER FOR.“
“Delicious food, excellent service and nice interior with affordable prices. Perfect combination ?I love Tom Ka, and here they call it coconut soup, but it’s delicious Tom Ka ?Sushi was also very nice. I will definitely recommend this place for those who like sushi, they have a lot of different rolls too“
“The service is excellent, you know it from the beginning to the end.Food also very good, the beef carpaccio very tender, the wagio sliders very tasty and the pasta with seafood was good but I sense that the seafood is not freah but from a frozen kind, I didn't ask..The place can be noisy if there is a group of young guys ?? talking very loudly“
“7.9/10 Dined on 3/11/24 Originally hailing from Austin, Uchi's Miami outpost serves non-traditional Japanese cuisine in a sleek and upscale environment. Uchi kind of feels like what Nobu was 15 years ago - an innovative twist on Japanese food. At Uchi, however, you won't find seemingly ubiquitous spicy mayo or rock shrimp tempura. We went for happy hour and sampled nearly all of the hot and cold dishes offered. Many were well conceptualized and delicious, but some fell a bit flat. Even happy hour was a four dollar sign affair, so we can only imagine the sticker shock of a full fledged dinner. Overall, Uchi was a very solid meal although the flavors did not soar quite as high as the price tag. There were some dishes that were absolutely delicious - the paloma crudo, for example, which featured ultra-fresh sea bass in a light and smoky sauce. The walu walu was similarly excellent and glazed with sticky sweet candied citrus. The charred short rib served over a bed of crispy rice with flavorful salsa matcha was a treat. The wagyu gyoza were juicy and surprisingly paired well with the mango chutney. Not every dish stood out though. The spring rolls with duck confit were minuscule and lackluster for the price and the sauce was far too thin to cling to the rolls. The chicken karaage was inconsistent - some pieces were crisp while others lacked breading and felt soggy. The fried milk dessert was good, but its arrival with the check was tacky and soured the end of an otherwise pleasant meal. -TWP ________________________________ Uchi happy hour is basically just bougie girl dinner. We got half off a bottle of sparkling rosé and a series of small bites that ranged a bit in their quality, but on average were well-conceptualized and featured top notch ingredients. The raw seafood stood out for being extremely fresh and were often paired with an interesting citrus-forward sauce. The crispy rice and gyutoro was also very tasty and well-executed and felt like the best value on the menu. Some other items, notably the spring rolls with duck confit, felt really skimpy for their price and didn't wow us in any particular way. Overall, Uchi offers creative dishes and excellent ingredients, but lacks the value and consistency of our highest-rated restaurants. -JB“
“As always, the service food and ambience I always make this place when I come to Miami for anything. They are open until 5 AM and at midnight I had pork to Ramen at midnight meal! My server, Henry was cordial, professional, and allowed me to have my privacy, uninterrupted, for my single dinner. Highly Recommended!Dietary restrictions: I appreciate it that the waiter asked me if I had any allergies although my meal didn’t have anything that could be allergen. That was conscientious. A good thing“
“During my previous visit /delivery weeks ago I had an issue with my order. The manager Julio Carreno went above and beyond to make sure this time I would be highly satisfied and my order would be perfect and he would hand deliver it himself to make sure everything was done correctly. I must say he's a man of his word and made everything perfect. On top of the wonderful service and great tasting sushi, I received a dessert and a bag of corn nuts. Thanks again Julio for everything, I appreciate you.“
“I recently enjoyed dining again at Sushi Bichi, a casual culinary experience that exceeded all my expectations. The outdoor atmosphere and festive diners perfectly combined for an early Saturday dinner. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the rest of the visit. The sushi at Sushi Bichi is nothing short of spectacular. Each piece is a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The freshness of the fish is evident in every bite, and the skill of the sushi chefs is truly impressive. Whether traditional or creative rolls, each dish is a delightful surprise for the taste buds. I enjoyed the yellowtail and the crispy rice, which were more than enough to fill me up. In addition to the fantastic sushi, Sushi Bichi's drink selection was excellent. The Watermelon cocktail is delicious (and packs a punch). The sake menu was extensive, offering a variety of choices to complement the meal perfectly if that is your thing. I particularly enjoyed the recommendations from the knowledgeable staff, who were attentive and friendly throughout the evening. The bar was very busy and lively at 5 pm, so I would recommend it for post-beach (which is within walking distance) or after-work cocktails. Overall, my two experiences at Sushi Bichi were flawless. The combination of exceptional sushi, excellent drinks, and top-notch service makes this restaurant a true gem in Japanese cuisine. The locals love this place, so give it a try. I highly recommend Sushi Bichi to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. This is a place for casual fun and excellent sushi, whether you're alone or with a group. You will feel welcomed and make sure to come hungry. Reservations recommended.“
“Amazing service. The food got delivered very fast to the table. The Atlantic roll and Mango tango is a must, very delicious. The portion of the sushi is very good for the price. Thanks to the waiter Ann, she was very sweet and gave us suggestions about different rolls.“
