“We found this sushi place while looking for something to eat. We came around 6 PM and were seated right away with no wait.
The sushi was fresh, which is a big deal for us because if my boyfriend and I eat sushi that isn’t fresh, we usually end up with upset stomachs. Everything we had tasted fresh and we had no issues.
If you don’t see the sushi you want ,you can always order directly from the menu. It’s much faster, you get exactly what you want without waiting and no one will cut you off take you plate. 🤣“

“Very nice casual sushi spot in Sunset Harbor, probably one of the best sushi restaurant in South Beach right now, sibling of Uchi Wynwood, but with more cooked options in the menu. Always very fresh fish, creative dish variations, excellent flavors pairing. I’ve never walked out dissatisfied. Now off season they have two happy hours, one regular in late afternoon and another one that starts st 9pm I believe, and the happy hour food selection is really good. Service is nice and fun. I only wish the space would have better indoor lighting and they would be open also for lunch.“

“We had a party of eight, did the Miami spice which was amazing. Also had drinks I was surprise by the bill, we paid almost 1,300 dollars. The service was good in general, but the main person serving us wasn't that great. We were celebrating a birthday and I was specific for who it was and when she came out with the candle and the cake she ask who the birthday person was and ruined the surprise. We were really disappointed by that. We've been to many places celebrating birthdays ands we've always had amazing experience, except this time.“

“This was my second visit to Sando Miami, and while it was a decent experience overall, there are definitely a few areas that could be improved.

This time around, I tried the pork Japanese curry and the chicken katsu. The curry was a solid 4/5, good, but nothing particularly memorable. Personally, I would have liked a bit more spice, but that comes down to preference. What stood out more to me was the portion size. It leaned on the small-to-medium side, and at $23, it felt a bit overpriced for what you get.

The chicken katsu was more reasonably priced, but unfortunately, it missed the mark. The sandwich was dripping oil, which took away from the overall experience and made it feel heavier than it should be.

All in all, Sando Miami is a decent option, but with a few adjustments, especially on portion value and execution, it could be much better.“

“I’ve been a client of Pubbelly since I moved to Miami in 2015 and the most quality consistent local sushi chain in the city, across other locations and home food delivery. Always fresh, it tastes the same regardless you eat at Pubbelly Miami Beach, Brickell or Aventura. Top 3 Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice in town; even if you have it on the beach during Seafood Festival it’s still excellent. And it is not so overpriced like some other sushi restaurants.“
