Very nice casual sushi spot in Sunset Harbor, probably one of the best sushi restaurant in South Beach right now, sibling of Uchi Wynwood, but with more cooked options in the menu. Always very fresh fish, creative dish variations, excellent flavors pairing. I’ve never walked out dissatisfied. Now off season they have two happy hours, one regular in late afternoon and another one that starts st 9pm I believe, and the happy hour food selection is really good. Uchiko Miami Beach offers an incredible and phenomenal dining experience with spectacular and insanely good food. The atmosphere is enchanting with a great, chill vibe and perfect lighting, ideal for a date night or happy hour. The service is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, with staff that make guests feel welcomed and right at home.
The menu features delicious options. Standout dishes include the flavorful sushi rolls, the delicious Yellowtail with orange, tasty Wagyu dumplings, and the must-try Hot rock Beef on the hot plate, which guests cook themselves. The happy hour, from 5 to 6:30 pm, is considered one of the best, featuring an amazing deal like a nine-course chef's tasting. Cocktails are also delicious, with excellent recommendations from the bar. The overall experience is memorable and well worth a visit.
