During my recent trip to Miami Beach earlier this month, I decided to give Bondi Sushi a try. Located within walking distance from the Mondrian hotel where I was staying with a friend, Bondi Sushi caught my attention as a chain of sushi restaurants, with other locations in NYC. We were blown away by our Valentine’s Day dinner at Bondi last night. Each course was unique, exploding with flavor and the quality was high. My personal favorites were the otori nigiri, botan rib lime nigiri and the miso cod. Chef Seiya and the staff were all incredibly kind and attentive. We are grateful for the experience and look forward to coming back.

Phenomenal food and a fantastic price. Nigiri, hand rolls, and appetizers are all incredibly flavorful. The quality is unmatched for the most part compared to 99% of sushi spots in Miami. The staff is very friendly and I recommend this place to anyone even considering.
