The setting was intimate and yet the vibes were energetic and the atmosphere really pleasant. The service was defined by one word:impeccable Mel was unbelievably courteous and was there for our very need. Julian and Natchira also helped make our dining experience a memorable one. “Victoria our server was excellent, very sweet, professional and knowledgeable. The quality of the fish was outstanding, not fishy at all and buttery, you won’t need teeth lol. The atmosphere was good but didn’t love that the tables were very close together. Overall.we will be back for the food and service.“

“This was a unique kosher dining experience. The vibe and ambiance was amazing. The staff were knowledgeable, attentive and helpful, not hovering but there as soon as you need them. Cocktails were uniquely presented, original and delicious. The food, where do I start. It is obvious that the chef(s) take a lot of pride in their food. From presentation to the complex and delicious flavors. The turkey wrapped dates were out of this world. I have read other reviews and don’t understand the complaints about portion size and price. The portion sizes were perfect not too much where you are full after one dish and not too small leaving you craving more. Kudos to all of the staff. This is not a cheap family restaurant but you are definitely getting value in the food and experience. Excited to come back and taste more of the incredible menu.“

“Sushi MAS blew us away. Steven was our server, and he was fantastic, knowledgeable, attentive, and made the whole experience feel personal from start to finish.

The food itself was exceptional. I had the Caribbean roll, and honestly, run, don't walk, get this roll. It came with a passion fruit mayo that was absolutely delectable, unexpected, a little unusual, but so, so good. Every bite felt thoughtful and different from your typical sushi spot.

10 out of 10, easily. I found a true gem in my own backyard, and I'll definitely be back, hopefully with Steven serving again.“

“Ogawa is easily one of the best omakase experiences I’ve had in Miami.

I went with two of my best friends on a Wednesday night, and we somehow got lucky enough to be the only guests there. It basically turned into a private omakase experience, which made an already special meal even more memorable.

The chef was fantastic—interesting, engaging, and incredibly thoughtful about every dish. You could tell how much intention went into each course, and everything was beautifully executed. The sake selection was also incredible and complemented the meal perfectly. We even added a few extra pieces at the end because we weren’t quite ready for it to be over.

Obviously, Ogawa is not an inexpensive night out, but this is one of those meals where you walk away feeling like it was absolutely worth it. For a special occasion or if you simply love great sushi, I could not recommend Ogawa more. One of Miami’s very best.“

“This hidden treasure destroys your stereotype that the food quality at revolving sushi places (like Kuro) are generally mid. Each piece of fish is fresh and well prepared. You will notice it with your first bite. They had blue fin tuna specials and the otoro and a kami was worth every penny! You can also order their kitchen food, which is also very high quality. Their udon noodle is a must try, because you can tell their broth is specially made in house. The one downfall was the atmosphere. This place is packed so make a reservation or get there early. An hour wait is nothing. It is also obviously a local hotspot because it seemed the staff knew most of the customers on a first name basis. As a traveler passing by, I was pretty much waiting int eh corner watching everyone be friendly and feeling ignored. Locals were offered to order drinks while they wait, while not a word was spoken to me up until I was getting close to getting a table. But, still a 5-star in my opinion because of the food quality and the price.“

I feel after the pandemic, it's really changed the service force. It was such a fresh breath of air to have such an amazing time and service! I had a party of 11 of us for my birthday, and we were treated with smiles, and taken care of like kings. The food was phenomenal! Some of the most beautiful, fresh seafood I have ever had in my entire life. I've been traveling seven years full-time, and I will definitely be coming back just to eat here! The patio is absolutely gorgeous! It will soon be right on the ocean once they are finishing some construction! “WOW! I can not tell you how long I have waited to try this place. We are from out of state (NC) and were suppose to go last May. Thankfully we finally made it here. The dishes were fantastic. The best Asian American food I have had - and I'm Asian. The server was so nice and we even talked about some Asian culture while we dined. We will definitely make this our spot when in Fort Lauderdale!“

“Looove Kuro! Not only is the food amazing but the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable in their dishes. We had Luis as our waiter and he made the difference in our experience as he led us through deciding what to order based on our interests. Their chefs are not only incredibly talented, but they make their dishes memorable (at least for me the short rib) 🥹

From the personalized welcome card to the intimate setting, the perfectly curated playlist, and the thoughtful gift at the end — everything feels intentional and beautifully executed. The chefs and staff are engaging, fun, and make you feel like you’re part of something special rather than just dining at a restaurant.

We also did the wine pairing and every dish was mouthwatering to say the LEAST. The creativity of each bit, from the rolls to the soup to dessert and everything in between, made for a dining experience that had us anticipating what was next, but also savoring every moment and not wanting that course to end.
