Amazonia Nikkei is a wonderful gem found in Miami Lakes, offering a unique fusion of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is beautiful inside, with a lovely ambiance and great atmosphere. The service is always friendly and attentive from start to finish. The food is fresh, flavorful, and incredible. Recommended dishes include the Tuna crispy rice, the lomo dumplings, a wagyu sushi roll, and the miso butter pork loin. The sushi roll was fantastic, very fresh, and the miso pork loin was the star of the show, elevated by the best caramelized onions. Another complementary item of sweet potato in a yellow sauce was very impressive. For appetizers, the Gyozas guancaina is a must order, and the Magurno acevichado offers a perfect balance of flavors. The cocktails are delicious and perfectly made. If going before 6 PM, there are many options at half price. It is a perfect spot for a date night or a fancy family night.
