We tried the tasting menu recently, which has almost everything on the menu, and were blown away by the sauces in all the dishes. We also had to go back for more tostadas (three orders of it last night 😂）. It was special when the owner/chef talked about his food and made his recommendations. You can tell how much he passionate he is about the food. Great date location because it’s quiet and intimate!“

“Recién tengo 1 mes en Miami y ya fui 2 veces, la primera vez pedimos pollo a la brasa con papas y ensalada, como si estuviéramos en el Perú el pollo buenísimo, las papas la mejores que he comido, la segunda vez pedimos un Lomo Saltado qué es mi plato favorito y la verdad, el mejor que he comido y un Ají de Gallina qué estuvo maravilloso, todo de primera, la atención del personal excelente muy profesional y amables. “well I'm going to start off by saying that they got an Amazing variety of delicious plates but my favorite which I highly recommend is the ceviche mixto con conchas negras is just the best ceviche you have ever had in your life!!!!!... the yellow rice with seafood also one of my favorites and of course a good variety of beers served the way it should be ....ice cold!!!!. I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone and I give it thumbs up all the way... “We had a wonderful experience at Dun Kang! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic Peruvian-Chinese (Chifa) flavors. Everything we ordered was flavorful and perfectly prepared.
A special shoutout to our server, Ana, who was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her excellent service really made our experience even better.

Going back for the live music on Friday and Saturday evenings. Decor was a lovely covered patio, with abundant plants and artwork. It was a real pleasure meeting and talking with our server Rolando. Our group was a mix of a Peruvian, Puerto Ricans, and a gringa; all were impressed with their meal. ChileLimon Fusion was, of course, enhanced by their fresh Pisco Sours. What a latin treat to find! There aren't a ton of other very nearby places apart from a doughnut shop (unless you walke a couple of blocks to central Wynwood) but this place boasts a pretty decent range of eats. Classic neighborhood restaurant in the heart of downtown with solid tasting traditional Latin food and great portions.

This is reminiscent of the way Miami used to be before the pandemic and prices started skyrocketing due to the NY/CA migrations“
