Costa Peruana con Sabor y Sazon is a gem with beautiful, wonderful, awesome food, service, and atmosphere. The calming sound is a key of this incredible place. The green spaghetti with steak is amazing, better than any other restaurant. The rotisserie chicken is very good, though some found it a little bit bland and lacking more aggressive seasoning. The pescado alomacho was very good but also lacked flavor. The homemade lemonade is recommended. Food comes out very fast. The restaurant is clean inside with ample parking. Service is very friendly and attentive, with staff like Maria and Jessica being amazing, attentive, and very nice and efficient. The ambiance is top notch for a party of 8, and the lunch specials are well priced. The new location has a modern ambiance. A tuna causa and dessert were very good. The rotisserie chicken is only available on weekends.
