Recently ventured to Sumo Sushi and the freshness and quality was superb. Rudy the head chef, welcomed us and advised us of his favorite rolls and fresh selection of fish.Although the waitress was inattentive, the chef picked up her slack and made the experience excellent.The hamachi was melt in your mouth fresh.
