Always love Panera Bread from NJ, PA, and now we moved to Boca always the same great taste. fast service, lots of delicious food to choose. Today my Mommies group and I have half salad and soup. Generous half salad portions as always. Don't forget many sweets and fresh bread you can buy to bring home. Panera we love you!
I visited the other day and was greeted by Max. Very polite, very nice! He wasn't able to assist me right away but did acknowledge me when I walked in. Shocking! Max thanked me for my patience and asked for my order. Then ... wished me a great day! I know, simple. But good customer service you SELDOM see these days.
