Hands down one of the best food experiences I've had. My SIL decided to do the omakase experience on a whim while I was visiting her in south Florida and we were not disappointed. Though we arrived on time, the experience started about 45 minutes later and to be honest after starting and seeing the preparation and the interactions the sushi chefs and staff had with the guests I wasn't even bothered. A unique, relaxed and delicious omakase experience right in downtown Boca. I loved the Gatsby ambience and personable staff! Good price point and excellent cocktails. Arrive early so you have time to unwind in the lounge. One heads up, their average experience time is 1 hr and 15 minutes, if you're used to a 3 hour omakase like I am, you'll feel rushed. It didn't take away from the quality of the food though!

It's always an amazing experience at Sushi by Bou!! I love the the staff, especially Jules!! She is the best!!! The food was amazing and the chef was very attentive and creative with the courses.
