As a first-time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the attentive service. I had the pleasure of dining at Pasta And... while working as the DJ for a wedding being held in their event space. The room was beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere for the celebration. While I was there to work, the staff went out of their way to make me feel like a VIP guest. The star of the evening was Chef Luigi, who demonstrated his culinary prowess throughout my time at the restaurant. Though I did not know he was the chef at first, he made sure I was well taken care of, offering me a bottle of Pellegrino and various food tastings. When I finally told him to just bring me whatever he recommended, he delivered an off-menu dish of tender, flavorful lamb chops in a delectable sauce, accompanied by fresh, grilled vegetables. The food was truly exceptional - it melted in my mouth and left me craving more. I was amazed that this restaurant, which I had never heard of before, could produce such a high-caliber meal. What really sets Pasta And... apart, though, is the service. Chef Luigi went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and appreciated, even though I was there solely in a working capacity. “Amazing Penne Alla Vodka sauce, and their garlic knots are flat out incredible. 🤩🤩🤩🤩. I've had a lot of stuff on their menu and they set a high bar on cuisine. A curious patron cannot go wrong ordering any of their dinners. The Francese sauce is bright and elegant, the Chicken Parm is juicy on the inside with a perfect crunch and I literally have dreams about their Vodka sauce as well as Marsala. When it comes to wings, the garlic Parm are off the charts. I had a wonderful dine in experience. They were crowded yet managed to be attentive and polite. If you are ever in South Florida, Margate is a little out of the way, but going to Maninno's is a MUST. Especially if you like Italian food.“
