Went to the coconut creek location this morning we were a bit grumpy however Anthony S was our server and he changed our moods with excellent service and such a great outgoing personality! It’s a rarity these days of good service and food and such a happy disposition!

Heard so many great things about this place. We recently moved to Creek from Deerfield and are trying out different places. We had a reservation, still had to wait, and then finally got seated at a weird, tiny table in the middle of the oddly set-up dining room next to a partition, which was very cramped and not very comfortable. Based on the reviews, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant offers delicious food, great wine selection and tasting, and a wine club membership. The service experience varies greatly. Some guests felt very valued, thanks to specific servers like Shawn, who works in the pick up/wine tasting area and takes care of guests with a smile, never rushing them even when the area is packed. At the bar, Jomeris made evenings perfect with a bright spirit, taking exceptional care of guests and making wine suggestions. Another server, Natalie, was super knowledgeable in the wine tasting room. However, other experiences have been consistently disappointing, with poor and inattentive service, extremely inconsistent food quality, and meals arriving cold. One server, Ross C., completely changed that perspective; he was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and ensured everything came out correctly, resulting in the best meal ever at Cooper’s Hawk. His level of service restored confidence in the restaurant and reminded guests why they joined the wine club.
