On a quiet spring Tuesday I arrived early to ask for a table for six as reservations are not accepted. There were many tables available, hardly crowded and a table was set up. The young man acting as host told me he could not let me sit at the table until half of my party arrived. The manager confirmed that policy. Shame on you when good judgement is over looked. My husband and I live on the west coast and were in town for my birthday. Greek food is my favorite so natually we googled "greek restaurants in coconut creek". Ethos was the first to come up and we are so glad because damn if this is not the best greek food, or just restaurant food in general that we have had in a looong time (possibly my lifetime).
