On a quiet spring Tuesday I arrived early to ask for a table for six as reservations are not accepted. There were many tables available, hardly crowded and a table was set up. The young man acting as host told me he could not let me sit at the table until half of my party arrived. The manager confirmed that policy. Shame on you when good judgement is over looked. Here I am standing being denied a seat and an opportunity to order a drink in a restaurant maybe 1/4 full. I am a senior too. Bottom line. Good food. Stupid people.

My husband and I live on the west coast and were in town for my birthday. Greek food is my favorite so natually we googled "greek restaurants in coconut creek". Ethos was the first to come up and we are so glad because damn if this is not the best greek food, or just restaurant food in general that we have had in a looong time (possibly my lifetime). We ordered enough food for an army (when in rome) and they were so kind to give a slice of their triple layer cake to celebrate (which is easily the best cheesecake I have had in my life! And we're from NY). Their service is exceptional and they need to expand to the west coast! 10/10 would reccomend!

Love this place! Had a great experience from beginning to end. My first amazing experience started with Alex the hostess. She was such a doll! I had messed up my dinner reservations and thanks to Alex, she kindly accommodated me immediately. She never gave me a hard time or turned me away. Thanks to her and the yummy food I will be returning again and recommending it to my friends and family.

Went there for my daughter's 24th birthday and it was AMAZING! The beautiful young hostess Alex greeted us with a warm smile and was so kind. She was very proactive in her thinking as the sun was very bright and suggested a table more in the shade. The brunch was by far superb as were the mimosas. The staff was so sweet in gathering to sing Happy Birthday and really making my daughter's day even more special.
LEO was our server. Polite, efficient and recommended according to our preferences. His advise was excellent. We were served promptly. The establishment was clean and the staff all moved quietly, well supervised. I have a trained eye . The food was absolutely delicious. The produce was the fresh, salad crisp and dressing and sauces flavourful. All the food was cooked to perfection. The Chef in my opinion is extremely skilled as everything complimented the other and we got the fullauthentic Greek experience. Well done Ethos. By the way, I am a qualified Cordon Bleu Chef.
