“I love coming here with my kids. They loved the Hawaiian shaved ice. Have gone to Hawaii and ate Hawaiian ice there- this is just as good! The owner suggested to add condensed milk on my shaved ice….WOAH! This was a game changer. It was absolutely delicious and I wanted more. I also put one scoop of ice cream on the bottom of the cup and then they put the shaved ice on top. It’s a must try! I really appreciate how the ice cream is homemade and the owner is really creative with creating new flavors. The ice-cream has different flavors (Thai tea, lychee, ube, etc), substitute milk tea instead of soda, and add boba as the topping. It's just as amazing as it sounds.They have signature creations, or you can build your own. I have a pretty intense Thai tea addiction, so I went with that one and I would highly recommend it. It came with a vanilla wafer, which complemented it perfectly.The inside is cute too, and the location in the same shopping center as Glitch, Blueprint, Clean Your Dirty Face, and a bunch of other awesome places is really nice too. “It is my mom’s 65th birthday and I had plans for a custom cake to be delivered to her. Those plans were dropped by the person to bring the cake last second and I was so beyond saddened. I thought last minute to see if I could place a delivery order for another cake. The delivery service does not allow for any cake, customization, and I was aware of that policy, but thought it was worth a shot to try and contact the store to see if they would make an exception. Liz, the owner of this Carvel location and Anthony Not only listened to my panic about not being able to get this for my mom, but went out of their way to customize the cake and send me a picture of it. Since I am out of town, this was the only thing I could do that I knew my mom would love And they were able to make that happen. I cannot put into words my gratitude, because it would’ve been very simple to say it’s just policy that they can’t accommodate that. “I have visited Phuse Cream twice and it is one of those places that is perfect for an Instagram post because of its vibrant pink decor. From the walls, to the floor, to the tables, the entire place is covered in pink. They have children's shows playing on a TV behind the counter and a map which you can put a pin on to represent where you are from. Everything is just so bright and entertaining.To pair along with this, they have a variety of ice cream flavors ranging from the classics like birthday cake and brownie to some unique creations like guava cheesecake and superman. They even serve macaron ice cream sandwiches if you are in the mood for an extra sweet treat.The staff is very friendly and patient. They let my group try all the flavors we wanted and did not rush to get out of the store even though we came right around closing time.My reason for not giving phuse the 5th star is because of the quality of the ice cream. For a place that is so visually outstanding and creative, the taste of some of their ice creams were not up to par. Some also had freezer burn on them which diminished the quality and taste. There are a ton of inventive flavors available, along with several kinds of ice cream cones. I chose the coffee and the chocolate cranberry pecan; the coffee had a nice mix of flavor—not too strong, like an iced latte—and the chocolate cranberry pecan was unlike anything I had ever tasted. In an ideal location, Hof's House of Sweets is right on the corner with a paid lot behind the strip it's located on. The shop itself is so fun with decor and the menu is easy to navigate, although it is so hard to choose what you could be in the mood for. I love their boozy shakes but they pretty sweet, so it's ideal for sharing. Their ice cream flavors have a wide variety so there is something to truly please everyone. They also have a good selection of chocolates. I know they used to carry my absolute favorite- chocolate covered gummy bears, although I didn't see it last visit. TO DIE FOR...I believe this is a family run business and it definitely geared towards families with indoor games as well as outdoor outdoor sitting, patio and games as well. Over the weekend they have a cookout which seems to bring alot of business for them. At night if the parents want a nice night out they also offer alcoholic beverages with sweet treats as well.
