“We’ve only visited once, but we had such a great experience! The lovely older Black woman working that day was incredibly friendly and gave us proper, generous scoops of ice cream. At checkout, she even offered to check our app to make sure we weren’t missing any available discounts or rewards. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but her kindness and excellent customer service really stood out. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I do recommend this Carvel location. I have always been a fan of this store and my family and I do come often. We love seeing some of the unique and funny cakes that staff made especially around Halloween with the Beetlejuice cakes. We specifically came to the store today to get a Super Bowl cake last year. You guys did an amazing job with the Super Bowl ice cream cakes, especially featuring Taylor Swift. however, this year we go to the store and there were no Super Bowl cakes available when we asked the two girls that were behind the counter. They had no idea what we were talking about and it seems like we were an inconvenience to their conversation going on at that time. We had asked about the football cake if we could change the border colors and we were told no and again they carried on with their conversation. Unfortunately, we did not feel very welcome here today I will be back for another cake however today missed the mark.“

“I will always clear up time to come here every time im at Dania pointe. The brownies are gas as well as the ice cream, but the best part is coming in and smelling the deliciousness and looking up to see Alyssa. She is always very welcoming, and super sweet. Sometimes guys take me to Dania pointe for a date and I'll direct them to the baked bear just so I can see Alyssa, and she's always very sweet to all the guys I bring in. she's become like a friendly neighbor I get to see once in a while.“

“Fantastic addition to our neighborhood ! So many options- including Vegan - are appreciated. Super creamy. My 14 yr old loved the cotton candy ice cream with gummies. I chose waffle cone, chocolate yogurt and white chocolate chips. Even though they are just opening, they are incredibly organized, welcoming, and pardon the pun- ‘Chill.’ 😆 🍦 This will become another favorite, just like The Little Coffee Shoppe next door. “Milky Moo is a milkshake and dessert shop. It's a Brazilian brand with hundreds of locations. This one is located in the Broward Mall. We walked by and saw the cute colors and cows, so we had to stop.

We ordered a milkshake for our child. It was nicely decorated and my child loved it, of course. There was a little table and chairs for the kids as well. Overall, definitely a good spot for a milkshake.“

My detailed experience: As I entered the store, I do the first thing most sane people do, check the prices. I looked up at the dangling menu like willem dafoe looked up at the sky in that one meme. Anxiety running laps in my mind, doubt slowly overcoming my body. I wasn’t just cautious, I was skeptical. However, I remembered my mother’s inspiring words, “I didn’t raise no wuss.” I pushed through and paid like the courageous man my mom raised me to be. Then it all changed. Nothing would have ever prepared me for the first bite. The sense of relief, glory, and accomplishment. My taste buds celebrating like they just scored a last-minute Word Cup final goal. The smore scoop alongside the cookies and cream scoop flowed in harmony, like two peas in a pod, with the crunch of the cone as the cherry on top. No regrets. Thank you Albany, thank you Baked Bear.“
