“I really enjoyed this bubble tea shop. I’ve tried a few bubble tea spots in Miami and I have to say BoBaMaN is my favorite. The stuff we’re friendly, helpful. I ordered the special drink called BULBASAUR which is matcha latte with crema and it is so Delicious . The topping pearls also very good. My friend order the PIKACHU drink also very good, she really liked it, we can’t wait to go back again!“

“My wife and I always come to the mall to walk and sometimes eat at Carrot Express but lately we’ve been coming more because this new manager named Darrell has been making efforts that blow us away. He’s super attentive and checks on how everyone’s food is and even prepared a coffee for us on the house. Very impressed and it’s been very nice to eat here. This in our opinion should be how restaurants/managers act just on being involved and trying to make everyone have a nice experience. We will definitely be coming more than less“

As soon as I walked in the young man with curly greeted me with a smile on his face and provided excellent customer service and thoroughly answered all my questions about the menu and even helped me create my own açaí bowl. This young man was in all seriousness was so polite and very respectful he was definitely raised right. I went to the bathroom after I placed my order and after not even 2 minutes he brought my bowl out and the quality and presentation of the bowl was excellent. Whoever the manager is that runs this store has a great time and I will definitely be back to bring more business 👍.“
