I've been going to Cold Stone for as many years as they have been open (many years) and as good as this establishment is consistency in serving customers has been so variable from employees to serving size to amount of ingredients. Their training is insufficient. A business run by children is inappropriate. I loved the banana and strawberry ice cream with marshmallows mixed in. We were disappointed that the young lady helping us didn’t even offer to mix one of our orders for some reason. I feel like that is the cool part of this place- and the young lady just put the order of two flavors and two toppings straight into the cup and handed it to my man. When it comes to ice cream, cold stone cant be beat. My favorite flavor is their cake batter ice cream and I've tried for years to find something that compares, but it's nearly impossible.
