Worst experience ever !! Ordered cookie dough ice cream got cookie dough flavor no cookie dough and when I complained he gave me some cookie dough in a bowl. He couldn’t answer my questions on size? The ice cream was warm and started melting everywhere immediately! It made such I mess I just wound up throwing the hole thing away!

i came around 1030 pm i order 2 mix ice cream normally they serve and chargethis time she charge me and bring two ice cream from their kitchen i didn't even see how they prepareWhole point of Coldstone they prepare in front of your eyesif i am late thry should told me theu are closed if they are open they should serve me normali am very disappointed with this branch of Coldstone.

I took my family of 6 here last week and it was not good. The only reason I gave even two stars is because the ladies working there were super friendly. So this isn’t a customer service issue. It is a price and taste issue. The ice cream tasted awful. It didn’t even seem fresh at all. We got the kids all tiny scoops and it was $40 for literally hardly any ice cream. It wasn’t even enjoyable.

I'm not sure what is happening at this Cold Stone, but I have never seen this at any other store. There is no icecream at the store front. They take your order and go to the back to get the icecreamI ordered 4 icecreams. The girl came back with all 4, then proceeded to mix toppings. By the time she was done, all of them were like soup. It was not her fault. She worked as fast as she could. Management or owner needs to do better.Not supporting this store anymore.
