“I do recommend this Carvel location. I have always been a fan of this store and my family and I do come often. We love seeing some of the unique and funny cakes that staff made especially around Halloween with the Beetlejuice cakes. We specifically came to the store today to get a Super Bowl cake last year. You guys did an amazing job with the Super Bowl ice cream cakes, especially featuring Taylor Swift. however, this year we go to the store and there were no Super Bowl cakes available when we asked the two girls that were behind the counter. They had no idea what we were talking about and it seems like we were an inconvenience to their conversation going on at that time. We had asked about the football cake if we could change the border colors and we were told no and again they carried on with their conversation. Unfortunately, we did not feel very welcome here today I will be back for another cake however today missed the mark.“

She went above and beyond the day of delivery by offering two options for the crown cake topper to make sure it was exactly what she envisioned. Add to that the service from experienced owner Beatriz Otero (who's been in the biz for 25 years) and her team here with the sampling she offers, the attention to detail, and love she puts into it, and you have an all around great experience! They even have a beautiful full color catalog to take for those who prefer a paper catalog There's a spacious showroom with a great vibe. Highly recommend you make an appointment to sample their cakes and view the beauty of the cake art!“
