After we finished eating, around 10 mins of waiting a manager who walked by took our empty plates and said he would send the server. 10 mins later the server finally came and we were able to get our check. “The ribs here are the best I’ve had since moving to Florida — and as a real foodie, I pay close attention to detail and flavor. The sauce is incredible, the baked beans have a hint of cinnamon (I think?) that adds the perfect touch, and the mac and cheese tastes like something your granny would make. Pure comfort food. Everything feels like it’s made with love. I stopped in today and Ken gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received — and that’s coming from someone who’s worked in nearly every corner of the food industry. “The Amerant Vault is such an amazing experience at Amerant Bank Arena! The one-of-a-kind, premium lounge let's you be center-ice view for games and concerts! There are no windows but there are lots of giant tvs. It is a huge place with a high energy crowd. All food, beer, wine, and soda are completely complimentary. The food is top tier! We were there for Cardi B.
