“I had an excellent experience thanks to Marlene! I ordered the chicken pasta and requested a sweet sauce. Marlene went above and beyond by calling me personally to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. She even included not one, but two extra sweet sauces at no additional charge.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was Marlene’s outstanding customer service. She was thoughtful, attentive, and made sure every detail of my order was perfect. It’s rare to receive this level of care these days, and it truly made my experience exceptional.

The staff is exceptionally professional, personable, and knowledgeable about their products. Whether you’re experienced with kava and botanical drinks or completely new to it, they take the time to make recommendations and ensure you have a great experience.
What separates the Backroom from other spots is the culture and community they’ve built. It’s rare to find a place that balances a relaxed social atmosphere with such positive energy and consistency. Great conversations, great people, great music, and an overall good vibe.

“We drove from Orlando just to check out the Fusion lounge. Everything was on point. The warm welcome from the hostess was great. Our foods were tasty and delicious. Our waitress was very pleasant and made sure we were okay (thank you). We're already planning to go back with some friends. Next time we will go for brunch as well. Hats off to the chefs. The drive was worth it and we will definitely do it again!!“

“This is the second Kavasutra location I’ve visited. First one was Deerfield Beach location, which was also a good experience. In fact, there, I had a shell of kava followed by red vein kratom tea. This combo definitely manifested a super chill mood and sensation for a few hours post drink, starting about an hour after starting.
The Coral Springs location looked much the same, which was good. Chill atmosphere and very key, music was NOT loud, which is GREAT.
Joseph was super polite and helpful at Coral, so that is a big plus! Thanks Joseph!
At Coral, I purchased the premade pre bottled pink lemonade kratom tea (8 oz I think). Joseph advised it was the same as a large tea. My personal experience was less satisfactory, meaning, I did not get that same chill sensation. I got SOME, but not nearly enough nor as previous, so, I don’t think it’s a good option for me. For me. It may work for others. I’m 6’5” 245, sooo, that may also have to do with it.
Pricing is still a bit high IMO. For what it is, I think prices in general could be a bit lower, say by about $2.00 per drink.
Again, good atmosphere and great service, at both locations actually.

“A group of friends were in Fort Lauderdale celebrating a bachelorette, we went to YOLO for dinner and had a great experience. Chandler came to our table offering us to come to the Lounge next door. We had a great time, the environment was amazing! It's a place that I would recommend to anyone wanting something not too crowded or a place to start the night at.“
“Walked in for brunch on Mother’s Day 5/10/26, without reservations and the host was able to accommodate us, a group of four. The waitress was fantastic and the service manager Taylor Bowman came by and spoke to us and wished the misses happy mother’s day. Food and mimosas were great, as well as the atmosphere in the place. Will definitely be back.“
“The Amerant Vault is such an amazing experience at Amerant Bank Arena! The one-of-a-kind, premium lounge let's you be center-ice view for games and concerts! There are no windows but there are lots of giant tvs. It is a huge place with a high energy crowd. All food, beer, wine, and soda are completely complimentary. The food is top tier! We were there for Cardi B.
The Vault is located directly behind the players' benches at center ice, Sections C101-C102, C134, lower level.
Parking Access: Guests usually enter via Gates 1, 2, or 5.
You can get your tickets online for $100+ depending on the seating you choose. Included also with your ticket purchase are private restrooms, private entrance, invites to select premium events, a dedicated wait staff, and experience the Florida Panthers sitting behind their seating area.
Some of the upcoming events are Teddy Swims, Ariana Grande, Megan Maroney, Monster Jam, Barry Manilow, and others.“
“I have known the Grants since middle school. They are like Family. This a Landmark Black Business, with reasonable and competitive pricing and a well stocked array of Libation selections. They have something for every one. They are located less than one block from the Famous Swap Shop on Sunrise boulevard near MLK Blvd conviently positioned between I-95 and the Turnpike on Sunrise boulevard. After or before a day of shopping stop by Troy's and get your party started.“

“Finally, the one issue at this location has been fired(ben) just the way he serves certain customers, one he offered me a double, thinking he was buying it for me, turns out he ended up charging me for it l, which is such a jew act, but technically he was the problem at this location,now thev place is more vibrant,enjoy the nights with Joey,he excellent 😉.“

“Muscle Root Kava Bar provides great ambiance and offers health-forward snack options, which provides a welcome change to the candy and chips typically offered at other establishments. The staff are also extremely friendly, with Anna going into extensive detail about the gluten-free nature of a healthy dessert the store carries. The high level of service provided a peace of mind that I rarely find at other stores, and the other amenities offered such as a Pool Table & Xbox are the cherries on top of an ice cream sundae of a store experience!“
