“Came to Miami for a night early for a cruise and this spot wasn’t far from my hotel!! I just have to say the service, vibe, and drinks was top tier from the start! First I would say they have a dress code no athletic wear, we was semi out of dress code but they let us in and I was appreciative, because I didn’t realize it was a speakeasy when I saw it on Maps, however that was the first positive! (Don’t go out of dress code with high expectations, because we got lucky)..

The service!!! The service and the vibe went hand in hand, A Vibe!!! We sat at the bar and Luisa and Alejo was so dope and energetic!

Now the drinks! OMG!! I love trying new bars and their drinks.. I tried several different drinks! The Old Fashion was literally better than a bar that I won’t name that I previously thought was the best Old Fashion! I tried the espresso martini which was Michelin quality, HOWEVER they have a Margarita called “Call of the East” when I tell you this was the best Margarita I’ve ever had! That shit was so good I kid you not, absolutely the best! I will never visit Miami again and not stop in!

We went for drinks and a quick bite, the burrata (recommended by Sara) was very refreshing.

“No food served here. It's really about the vibe and crafted cocktails only. It is pretty small, but the atmosphere is so niche and a whole experience. Definitely need reservations for a seat, even at the bar. Go just for the experience and a beautifully crafted cocktail to start or end the night, I think.“

“We arrived just after the 6pm opening and chose two seats at the bar. Our bartender, Guy, was excellent on all counts, friendly, engaging, polite, professional and skilled at his craft.

He gave us a tour of the restaurant,
Including the upstairs rooms with an extensive wall of fine wines from all over the world. The decor and feel is very 1920s, nicely done and undoubtedly an expensive buildout. Guy pointed out the beautiful Murano blown glass chandelier hanging in an alcove just off the bar, specially made for the owners.

Fabulous meal of steak frites and a cheesecake dessert, perfectly prepared and presented. Although we live outside the city, we will go back, next time with guests so that we can show them this golden age venue and hope that Guy is behind the bar again!“

“My wife and I chose Giselle Miami to celebrate our 5-year wedding anniversary on May 15th, and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hostess warmly greeted us and escorted us upstairs. The rooftop atmosphere was stunning — beautiful Miami skyline views, a perfect breeze, open-air vibes, and a live DJ playing smooth house music that set the perfect mood.
We were incredibly fortunate to have Valentino and Jorge take care of us. From the very first greeting until the end of the night, they were absolutely outstanding. Their service went far beyond expectations — they were attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely invested in making our anniversary special. They guided us through the menu with excellent recommendations, checked on us constantly, and made sure every detail was perfect. Valentino and Jorge truly turned our evening into a memorable, unforgettable experience. Their exceptional care and attention to detail are the main reason we’ll be returning to Giselle on our next trip to Miami.
The food was fantastic as well. We enjoyed short rib skewers, wagyu dumplings, and salmon & caviar crispy rice to start. For mains, Valentino recommended the Flaming Lobster Thermidor and Skirt Steak — both were incredible. We also loved the truffle fries, broccolini, and pistachio baby carrots. My wife had the Porn Star Martini, I enjoyed the Mystic Jade and Timeless Old Fashioned, and we finished with the delicious Coming Up Roses and Giselle’s Pearls for dessert.
If you’re looking for an unforgettable rooftop dining experience in Miami, definitely make a reservation at Giselle and ask for Valentino and Jorge. They are the best!“

“Tropix is still going strong. The DJ has evolved, the music was very good and the crowd was having a great time. Surprisingly my friends said the food was not good. But you can't really expect much in the middle of the night, I think they got some wings. Overall what I came for, I got, which was good music and a good atmosphere.“

I was searching for the USO but instead I found the Military Hospitality Lounge at Miami International Airport. Babyyyy… when I tell you it felt like walking into a hug. Leather recliners. Big flat screens. Snacks. Blankets. Peace and quiet. But more than that? The warmth. The kindness. The genuine care. And here’s the beautiful part — they are NOT affiliated with the USO. It’s strictly volunteers. Just good people with servant hearts showing up for military members and their families. Funded by donations. Running on compassion. The gentleman who welcomed me was so kind, so attentive. I meant to take pictures, but honestly… I was just soaking it in. Sometimes you don’t document the moment — you just receive it. If you’re active duty, a veteran, or traveling with military family and you find yourself stuck on a layover in Miami, PLEASE go find this lounge. It is a hidden gem and a true blessing. To the volunteers: thank you for loving on us the way you do. You turned a long, exhausting travel day into something beautiful. I will absolutely be back next time I pass through. Kindness like that deserves to be celebrated. 💛“
