DJ spins behind the bar. Music is very eclectic and depends greatly on the DJs style.
Drinks are a little pricy, but not out of line for Miami, and definitely fair for the experience! 🎶

“My wife and I chose Giselle Miami to celebrate our 5-year wedding anniversary on May 15th, and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hostess warmly greeted us and escorted us upstairs. The rooftop atmosphere was stunning — beautiful Miami skyline views, a perfect breeze, open-air vibes, and a live DJ playing smooth house music that set the perfect mood.
We were incredibly fortunate to have Valentino and Jorge take care of us. From the very first greeting until the end of the night, they were absolutely outstanding. Their service went far beyond expectations — they were attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely invested in making our anniversary special. They guided us through the menu with excellent recommendations, checked on us constantly, and made sure every detail was perfect. Valentino and Jorge truly turned our evening into a memorable, unforgettable experience. Their exceptional care and attention to detail are the main reason we’ll be returning to Giselle on our next trip to Miami.
The food was fantastic as well. We enjoyed short rib skewers, wagyu dumplings, and salmon & caviar crispy rice to start. For mains, Valentino recommended the Flaming Lobster Thermidor and Skirt Steak — both were incredible. We also loved the truffle fries, broccolini, and pistachio baby carrots. My wife had the Porn Star Martini, I enjoyed the Mystic Jade and Timeless Old Fashioned, and we finished with the delicious Coming Up Roses and Giselle’s Pearls for dessert.
If you’re looking for an unforgettable rooftop dining experience in Miami, definitely make a reservation at Giselle and ask for Valentino and Jorge. They are the best!“

“After getting off my cruise, I had a long layover at Miami International Airport - MIA. I was tired. Dragging. Running on cruise memories and airport coffee. I was searching for the USO but instead I found the Military Hospitality Lounge at Miami International Airport. Babyyyy… when I tell you it felt like walking into a hug. Leather recliners. Big flat screens. Snacks. Blankets. Peace and quiet. But more than that? The warmth. The kindness. The genuine care. And here’s the beautiful part — they are NOT affiliated with the USO. It’s strictly volunteers. Just good people with servant hearts showing up for military members and their families. Funded by donations. Running on compassion. The gentleman who welcomed me was so kind, so attentive. I meant to take pictures, but honestly… I was just soaking it in. Sometimes you don’t document the moment — you just receive it. If you’re active duty, a veteran, or traveling with military family and you find yourself stuck on a layover in Miami, PLEASE go find this lounge. It is a hidden gem and a true blessing. To the volunteers: thank you for loving on us the way you do. You turned a long, exhausting travel day into something beautiful. I will absolutely be back next time I pass through. Kindness like that deserves to be celebrated. 💛“

“What detracts from the experience is the disconnect between the vibe of the bar and looking into the food court on the first floor. The cocktails and food were great though.

“We come here almost every week. After shopping, we just head upstairs for coffee. Dior Café has basically become our little social hangout.The best part is we often run into friends. Everyone comes to chill and soak up some sun. It’s not loud or flashy, but there’s something about it that keeps you coming back. Totally different vibe from South Beach“

“The food was delicious! Everything we ate we loved. The service was really underwhelming and disappointing. Our server barely greeted us and was rude while taking our order. When ordering drinks for a large group many people ordered martini’s of different styles, some extra dirty some not and we asked the server she said they all were the same no matter what we ordered and she didn’t care. The price is not worth the level of service we received. I wouldn’t go back to this restaurant.“

The staff here are amazing, and the guests are always friendly too, which makes the whole atmosphere even better. It’s my go-to spot for late-night food.

Also worth checking out Salty Flame. Nathan there makes you feel like an old friend even on your first visit, and he somehow remembers your name right away, just like J.“

“Wensley was AMAZING!!!! Give him a raiseeeee. The food was a 10/10! My friend & I got the jerk wings (so yummy 10/10!) and the patty (really good 7/10) appetizers . Then for dinner we got the salmon (10/10) and Rasta pasta (10/10!! The spice was perfect). This was our first time and it was awesomeeee.“

“Just want to give a big shout out to the staff here. A champagne station right at the entrance is always a welcome sight.

I was particularly impressed by staff member Patricia, who went out of her way to check whether a dish contained oil when I asked, and then brought me something I could actually eat. A small touch, but a meaningful one.

“I had such a fantastic time there with my friends on spring break!! The owner, his family, and everyone who worked there were so sweet to us, I’m very grateful. There were free smarties and hot dogs for everyone which was so fire and the dj would play your song requests basically IMMEDIATELY!! There’s cute spots for pictures and there’s sports games you can watch too if that’s your vibe. Very nice environment and definitely recommend to anyone.“

The area is so beautiful but I think it is in a strange spot because it is in the lobby of the Marriott. The Hurricane Drink that I had was not mixed well and it had WAY too much alcohol in it and not a good mix of everything else. My husband had the burger and he said it honestly isn't anything to write home about and I ended up with the alfredo which really wasn't that bad at all. Would I recommend this place? Maybe if you were in a hurry and didn't want to leave the hotel. Otherwise it honestly is just average.“
