There's only a few cocktail bars in Miami that are really cautious about bringing the new, the modern, the innovative, and the things we want the most out of a cocktail bar. To all I introduce Bar Kaiju. There's not much to say about this place except, do you want a good cocktail experience? Go here! Incredible ambience, service, and overall creativity is defining of Bar Kaiju.
Wow! I had no expectations going in here (much like the rest of the Citadel) but I was blown away. The area is actually pretty spacious with a seating area outside the main bar area but the bar itself is intimate and dimly lit, with old Godzilla movies playing in the background and lots of kaiju themed decor. I'm awestruck by how great this place is! The cocktails are quite possibly the best I've ever had. They are each so unique and have a wonderful thought process behind them that really brings out the flavor. The staff is so knowledgeable and are there to help set the vibe and atmosphere. Will definitely be making this my go-to spot for cocktails!
