I'm awestruck by how great this place is! The cocktails are quite possibly the best I've ever had. They are each so unique and have a wonderful thought process behind them that really brings out the flavor. The staff is so knowledgeable and are there to help set the vibe and atmosphere. Will definitely be making this my go-to spot for cocktails!

There's only a few cocktail bars in Miami that are really cautious about bringing the new, the modern, the innovative, and the things we want the most out of a cocktail bar. To all I introduce Bar Kaiju. There's not much to say about this place except, do you want a good cocktail experience? Go here! Incredible ambience, service, and overall creativity is defining of Bar Kaiju.

Wow! I had no expectations going in here (much like the rest of the Citadel) but I was blown away. The area is actually pretty spacious with a seating area outside the main bar area but the bar itself is intimate and dimly lit, with old Godzilla movies playing in the background and lots of kaiju themed decor. The menu is a highlight, with inspired cocktail creations themed after famous movie monsters like King Kong and Godzilla. The bartenders were knowledgeable and nice to talk to. Our cocktails were delicious. Would definitely go back.

Love this bar! Been here 2x before but forgot to put in the review. Excellent service and unique drinks. People at the bar are friendly and the owner is super nice! Miami native btw! I had the Godzilla cocktail and my date got the Chupacabra cocktail. Had a great time. Hopefully these guys can open up their own bar location down south.

So creative - how cool to see a speakeasy that goes beyond your standard "prohibition" theme and does something fun! Super cool monster stuff all around and the menus are a work of art. What was sad to hear is the menus are 3D and they used to give customers 3D glasses to view the menu but had to stop since people were stealing the glasses. What world do we live in where people steal 3D glasses?? As far as the drinks themselves, they're worth the cost and there's a wide range of styles each named after a different Kaiju. The bartenders are skilled and friendly and it was fun to watch them prepare the drinks.

This speak easy sits on a balcony overseeing a food Court, so not a romantic setting. But...Drinks were quite exotic. If you're into Japanese lore, this is a cool place.

This is exactly what I want when I envision a sleek bar with a Tarantino vibe. First off, they make everything themselves. I mean...everything. Not only that, but everything is well made. Imagine you're on the set of a Bill Murray movie with a Rush Hour outlook...that's what you get when you arrive here. The menu showcases their specialty cocktails featuring these otherworldly names and that's just how I like it. I like that it's tucked away in plain view yet mysteriously accessible. Placed directly between the rooftop posh area and the main dining floor, it's a relic to be admired. It's a small area but if you can snag a spot at the bar, please do so. The service is impeccable and the experience is certainly worthwhile. They open at 7pm and fill up rather quick so use that info as you feel appropriate. The vibe can give off an intimate feel or a lively atmosphere; whichever your mood prefers. I've always loved coming to the Citadel for the range they offer but now I increased my respect for this establishment because of Kaiju's presence. I'll certainly be back for more.

Amazing time here at Kaiju, the staff was super attentive and friendly. The drinks were all amazing (ranging between $15-$17), and the menu itself is such a cool concept. Definitely recommend to those looking for a place to lounge and have some great drinks with friends. 10/10! (Honorable mention to the fan, an amazing one at that.)
