“I really enjoyed my to-go order from Blue Ginger.

We ordered 1 JB Roll 1 JB Tempura Roll 2 Tuna Crispy Rice and a bowl of tofu & vegetable pad Thai.

Service: The service was impeccable. The woman we spoke to on the phone to put in the order was so kind. She gave us her recommendations and she even added a side of spring rolls to our order for free! When we asked for extra sides of soy sauce, eel sauce, and spicy mayo she gave us like four of each!

Food: The food was delicious. I love trying every restaurant's version of Tuna crispy rice, and theirs was very unique. They had a whole circular bed of crispy rice, and big scoop of spicy tuna, avocado, and masago on top. It was the perfect amount of spicy and crispy.

The sushi rolls were really good too. I accidentally got my JB roll regular vs. Inside out which I normally do because the seaweed tastes too fishy and for once, this one didn't.

Ambiance: I didn't go inside because it was a to-go order and I waited in the car, but I'm sure it's really nice inside and I can't wait to go again.”

“If you’re shopping, grabbing a bite, running errands, or catching a movie in Southwest Ranches, chances are good you’ll end up at Coquina Plaza or its sister plaza next door, Sheridan Shoppes. I stopped by recently to grab a cup of coffee and was impressed by the convenience.

Located just off I-75, Coquina Plaza was built in 1998 to serve the growing population in rural Southwest Ranches. The plaza is anchored by a Publix, making it a go-to spot for everyday essentials. Other tenants include Lowe’s, Hair Cuttery, Pak Mail, a pediatric dentistry office, Ashley Homestore, and Liquor Mart. Food options are varied, from Blue Ginger for sushi and Japanese cuisine, El Sarten Latin Buffet, Little Caesars Pizza, to Subway.

The plaza strikes a nice balance between practical essentials, casual dining, and smaller shops, making it easy to get errands done without driving all over town. For the Southwest Ranches community and visitors alike, Coquina Plaza is a reliable, convenient, and practical destination.”

“We went last night after waiting 20 minutes to have our order taken at another Italian local place. We ended up walking out and came to Prosecco 22. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious! We sat outside because they were busy and it was still very pleasant and they did not forget we were there. Good food and good service.”

“Excellent!! I went Just Spoons for brunch. First I would suggest make reservations. This restaurant gets crowded fast. I had the grilled shrimp and fried catfish w/ eggs and grits. Enough for 2 people and it delicious. My daughter had the curry shrimp and grits awesome and flavorful. My severer was Sean was attentive answered questions about the dishes and the drink menu is like no other I had the brunch punch ( contains alcohol)and my daughter the sunset ( non alcohol) both excellent. This my first time at this restaurant and it now on my restaurant rotation.”

“This was the first time at this restaurant in Davie, Florida as I have been to the one in Doral, Florida. My wife and I decided to stop for lunch, we sat down and Dubraska was our waitress. She took our order, which came quickly, and the food was delicious! Everything was very good, in fact, had to take some home. Dubraska was very kind and quick with our order, and I would recommend this restaurant. So the next time you come to Franciscas’, please ask for Dubraska, and she will take care of you! He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. “Amazing. I highly recommend the all you can eat for $34.99! Best $35 that I’ve ever spent on food. Basically a 6 course meal, and if you want more, then you can order more! Exceeded all expectations that I had going in. I drove a hour to get here and it was well worth the drive. I will do it again. Everything was made to order and top notch! Our server Emilie was amazing explaining the menu items every step along!”
