I recently dined at Sancochó y Leña and overall had a great experience. Viviana, our server, did an excellent job attending to our needs and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.While the ambiance and service were top-notch, I couldn't help but feel that there is room for improvement in terms of flavor and appetizer quality. I loved! Even though the place is outdoors, it has many fans that make it very cool. Even though I arrived 40 minutes before closing, everyone was extremely friendly and even, as a courtesy of the house, they gave me some delicious fried arepitas. Now, the food: I tried the grill and it was very delicious! The meat was juicy and had good flavor. I will definitely go again :)
