I recently dined at Sancochó y Leña and overall had a great experience. Viviana, our server, did an excellent job attending to our needs and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.While the ambiance and service were top-notch, I couldn't help but feel that there is room for improvement in terms of flavor and appetizer quality. The dishes lacked a bit of depth in flavor, and the appetizers could use some enhancement to match the excellence of the main courses.That being said, the price point offered excellent value for the food provided. Considering the affordability of the menu items, I believe it's a fair trade-off. Despite the minor drawbacks, I would definitely consider returning and recommending Sancochó y Leña to friends and family.Thanks to Hector and the team.
I loved! Even though the place is outdoors, it has many fans that make it very cool. Even though I arrived 40 minutes before closing, everyone was extremely friendly and even, as a courtesy of the house, they gave me some delicious fried arepitas. Now, the food: I tried the grill and it was very delicious! The meat was juicy and had good flavor. I will definitely go again :)
