Their salmon is cooked perfectly the right size, too, sweet potato noodles to die for and top off the kale slaw and that is my go to on each visit! But now let’s talk about their friendly staff! From Day 1, no matter who waits on me is always pleasant and I usually have my favorites; here, there are many I just met the new General Manager, Justin Schwartz, I have to mention how I met him. I was speaking to a Team Member on the line when I overheard someone earshot away answering my question about the salmon. To my surprise he overheard me and chimed in to let me know how they rotate the salmon often and we hit it off right away. The team members: Caleb and Samantha and most others have been so hospitable they are definitely doing something right here. We continue to come frequently too many to mention so this will suffice! You can either order from the counter when you walk in, or order from your table and pay after at the counter. I had a chai latte that was creamy and dreamy. My friend had an expresso with frothed milk that she enjoyed. We both had omelettes. You have a choice of home fries or fruit, and a toast option. The omelettes were plentiful, for a matter of fact my friend couldn't finish hers. I finished mine because I'm a foodie and a yelpie of course! As you see in my photo, we went with the fruit. The fruit was fresh and abundant. This place isn't close to my home, however I will most certainly come back to relax here and enjoy something delicious! They have a massive board with all of what they offer over the counter. They have hot and cold coffees, tea and smoothies. They have pastries and hot food, so pretty much everyone can find something that they will enjoy! The restaurant has been open for 10 years. Boy have I been missing out! The pizza was delicious, crispy, fluffy, perfect amount of sauce and tomatoes to moisten the bread a little. Chef Hans heated it up for us and it was amazing.The blueberry muffin was definitely fresh, with a caramelized sugar crispy top and soft fluffy bottom packed with blueberry.The bread pudding is the best bread pudding I have ever had, the top has some chunks of sweet high quality chocolate chunks and some peanuts to give it a nice texture, and it comes with a lightly sweet white sauce to moisten the bottom layer to make a perfect bite.Everything was a 10 out of 10, nothing could had made any of the items better.They change the flavors of their pizza every week so I’ll definitely be trying the new flavors and their breakfast sandwiches next time.“
