“I don’t ever write reviews but I just felt like I should tell you how this place is such a small family type grocery store. I went to say and my total was like $43.09 I was looking in my purse for change and the nice lady ringing me up was like don’t worry about the change. I think she thought I only had $43 so she took out 9 cents from her pocket and put it in the register for me. I thought that was such a sweet gesture I wish I got her name. But if Doris reads these. I came on Saturday 3/9 at 415. I hope you see this comment and tell all your employees working today that they are doing an awesome job. In today’s society we can use more of that kindness.“
“It's pricey. The jazz is top notch. The Jambalaya is fantastic! But, after going there with various groups of people for six months, and spending at least $100 per night per couple, last night the owner asked us to leave so another group of people could use our table. The band was a little late getting started so we heard a set and a half of jazz.The people we were with were going to order more wine, too. This was not a cool thing to do......and we're not going back.“
