I absolutely love Zen Mystery. It's a great place for vegan health food, tea, coffee, but it's also a magical space for sharing ideas and learning and connecting with genuinely great people. The owner fed me and my mom all through the pandemic, and we will forever be grateful. We don't get to Zen Mystery as much as we used to because we're traveling the world now, but when we do come back, Zen Mystery will be one of our first stops for world-class homecooked comfort food.
One of my favorite places to go. Friendly atmosphere, amazing food and creatively delicious drinks plus eventual cool entertainment. You must try their pies and their red velvet drink!

Zen Mystery is a cozy restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly owners. The menu offers a variety of options, including vegetarian and vegan choices, such as the "tuna" pate and avocado sandwich, veggie burger, and Thai Noodles. The dishes are made with fresh ingredients and unique flavors, like seaweed flakes and delicious dressings. The onion "bread" is a popular choice, and the raspberry pie is exceptional. The owners are intelligent, warm, and inviting, making the dining experience comfortable and enjoyable.
Guests love the "alien" food that tastes unlike anything else, with fresh and filling dishes like the live Thai, kale & quinoa salad, and blue monkey. The lentil bread, black bean burger, and every type of pie—especially mango and coconut chocolate—are must-tries. The potato salad is another standout, and gluten-free options are plentiful. Yoga on Mondays and meditation on Wednesdays add to the welcoming vibe. The kind staff and owners pour love into every meal, leaving diners feeling light and energized. The food is healthy yet full of flavor and excitement.
