My wife and I had breakfast at Fresh First. Excellent food and service. Meeting Big Mike, the owner, was also very nice. We are from North Carolina, but next time we are in Ft Lauderdale, we will go back.

Big Mike takes time to get to know customers personally, sharing his story and what to see in town. This is a go to in Fort Lauderdale for those who care about allergies, as it is the first place where customers do not have to worry about what was in the food or how it was prepared.
