Let me start by saying, I should've written this back in December 2024. But I'm there every week - so much to say.
1) If you want a traditional butcher, who knows how to clean, cut and recommend meat, then save your peace of mind and money. Ditch the rest and go the Doris.

I have been practicing at Sol for seven years and still loving every day to come to class. Wonderful atmosphere, instructors, and space. Best in town :)
I frequent a couple of their locations, they're great for having fresh meat in their butcher shop, they have a Delhi. They have a bakery and produce, all-in-one place, very convenient. People are always friendly if you're looking to make a good quick dinner? This is a Good place to get all the ingredients that you need.
