Let me start by saying, I should've written this back in December 2024. But I'm there every week - so much to say.
1) If you want a traditional butcher, who knows how to clean, cut and recommend meat, then save your peace of mind and money. Ditch the rest and go the Doris.
2) I'm from Europe and gave up on finding a good butcher.....then I found Doris.

Went to dories in sunrise - the bakery looked dirty and the assistant behind the counter was eating finger food behind the counter wearing gloves and wiping her mouth wearing the same gloves and serving customers. Very poor hygiene standards. Gross.
