I don’t ever write reviews but I just felt like I should tell you how this place is such a small family type grocery store. I went to say and my total was like $43.09 I was looking in my purse for change and the nice lady ringing me up was like don’t worry about the change. I think she thought I only had $43 so she took out 9 cents from her pocket and put it in the register for me. I thought that was such a sweet gesture I wish I got her name. But if Doris reads these. I came on Saturday 3/9 at 415. I hope you see this comment and tell all your employees working today that they are doing an awesome job. In today’s society we can use more of that kindness.

Place is clean and one of the employee in the meat section is very helpful, but if you to the cash register name Joan is a racist she even say hi to me, but the guy next to me she says Hi, and even thank you nothing so what you feel. Am not recommending it to my friends.and one more thing I put my meat to the plastic bag and she remove it but she doesn’t put it back.

Horrible Service. Thank God the food is decent because that’s all you really have. The woman behind the counter of the pre-selected foods was extremely rude to my father and I. We walked in and we had a rough day and he was hurting; We looked to see if someone could help and she appeared stating out loud, “well, I called you three times!” … ??♀️ I was confused if we were in some low class government stand or what for that slime comment and with attitude like we actually did it on purpose :/ we actually didn’t hear her. Everyone there seems like they have a chip on their shoulder and it’s uncomfortable shopping there … not pleasant atmosphere at all … please understand that image is important especially how you treat people. I’ve been to this place more than once and I always feel uncomfortable and not welcomed at all. I can shop somewhere else and get good authentic Italian elsewhere

Doris has such a cozy amazing feeling to shop at. I don't come here as much as I should but every time I do, I leave with a lot more than what I came for. The deli is amazing . Their soups are great. And their service and selection is uniquely their own.

I have been shopping in this market for years mainly for the good quality of the food. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with one of the owners. The place was busy and I just needed a few items. I used my small ice bag to shop, when I was selecting items she stopped me using a rude tone saying you can't shop like this here and when I asked why she said because people come here to steal. I understand your rules, but there is no need to be rude with your customers. If you do not like customers please do not work on the floor. In all these years it is the first time I see you there. Your employees are amazing hard workers, I hope you treat them better than you treat your customers.
Always a delight to shop here !! They have some really good speciality products . Fresh mozzarella fresh ricotta that I only find here . Love this store

update- Doris has confirmed that We were given the wrong order. The store has provided a full refund. That is really all they can do and I am satisfied.
