“I was visiting Miami and looking for restaurants close to the beach in Sunny Isles Beach when I found Sproutz, a healthy food restaurant. I chose a salmon dish from the menu. My family and I were warmly welcomed by the staff member Marcos. I loved the dish — it was not only appetizing but also beautifully presented. Very well prepared, with a spectacular flavor.“

“This place is my dream. The coffee is outstanding, and everything I ate was world class.
I was in town in Miami for 4 days and went 3 days in a row. Would have gone 4 but only discovered it the second day.
I will now dream of this place!

“I was able to indulge in their 3 day juice cleanse! What a gift to my body. I did incorporate a gentle cleanse before hand; eliminating processed foods, dairy and carbs. The first day was definitely the toughest. Although it’s all in our mind! After the 3 days, I slowly started with broths, soups and smoothies. I can feel the benefit of incorporating this every year or even every 6 months!
The glow up and beetle juice are by far my favorites taste wise!

“I wasblooking for a good vegan place to eat, when I came across Zen Mystery. I was amazed at how unique and authentic this place was. A very nice ambiance with great people. My food was great, and was seasoned to perfection. I can tell the food was fresh and had a lot of effort that was put into it. Zen Mystery is a must for vegans.“

“Italianità in cucina in Miami Von aussen hätten wir hier nie ein so sympathisches und vor allem feines italienisches Restaurant vermutet. Die Pasta und auch der Fisch waren sehr lecker! Gute Weinauswahl und authentischer italienischer Kaffee. Man kann auch am Nachmittag einfach einen Cappuccino trinken gehen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.“

“The sourdough bread is what brings me here. Made with only ancient Einkorn flour, water and salt, it’s as good as it gets. They have cinnamon and chocolate sourdough desserts that are delicious. They sell other items, such as a very high end extra virgin olive oil they import from a specific grove in Greece, sourdough kamut and pita bread, and organic teas. I met Joseph, who together along with his son Amos run the place, and are passionate and enthusiastic about their products and people’s health. They ship nationwide“

“Excellent vegan Mac n Cheese! Tasty and made fresh to order. I got some jalapeños mixed in for a little heat. Friendly people. Some other places have that fake-tryna-be-vegan-velveeta, well this isn't that. This cashew-based Mac has good texture, nice aroma and a welcomed crumble on top. Shared the Mac with a non-vegan who really liked it too. I'll be back for a second helping for sure!“

“The 1st time I came was by accident, I went to the wrong place,, and I am thankful I did! Today was my second time, and it was even better than the 1st.. The food is hearty, your definitely not going to finish it. And its got an old recipe taste... Im sorry I didnt catch her name, but the lady at the counter was so nice, very helpful and kind. I will most definitely be back, a lot.... Thank you for your amazing food and service!!!!“
