The location is easy to find and there ir a public parking literally in the corner at the front of the bakery. The food is great, all organic and delicious - real food. The atmosphere is really nice, you can see them preparing all breads, it was really clean, and the staff were really helpful. It was not expensive and worth to eat there. I didn’t have to wait long, actually it was pretty quickl.

During our last trip to Miami, we decided to do the typical tourist thing and ventured over to Wynwood. While we were there, we decided to have brunch at Zak the Baker, and I’m so glad we did!
Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, from the incredible food to the fresh, beautifully made pastries. The almond croissant was out of this world. It was crunchy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside, and honestly, I’m still dreaming about it!

ZTB just keeps getting and better. Fortunate to be working nearby for the past few years and visit multiple times a week for delicious lunch, pastry items, matcha, coffee, and desserts. Love that the menu changes seasonally, many products are sourced locally (homegrown) and the sourdough is always so good.
