An All plant based deli is a dream come true. The food can be weighed out for you and charged by weight à la Whole Foods hot food bar style or you can choose from the combination options they've listed on a menu. I went for the kale shiitake fried rice, mushroom makhani (I'm guessing it was inspired by the Northern Asian Indian dish and may have tasted significantly different from traditional makhani), and mushroom risotto.
