Joseph's Organic Bakery offers wonderful bread, with perfect size and taste, catering to dietary restrictions like dairy and yeast-free. Customers praise the Einkorn sourdough bread and the blueberry coconut loaf for their taste without excessive sugar. The Einkorn bread is very filling and enjoyed with butter and cheese, and it does not cause stomach problems like some store-bought bread. Customers also appreciate the naturally fermented sourkraut and heirloom olive oil, which are great meatless options. While some wish the loaves were bigger, the excellent customer service and prompt responses make ordering a pleasant experience. The bakery's pizza has also received praise for its flavor, with some noting that shipping could be improved. Customers highly recommend trying their bread and appreciate the kind and helpful staff.
