I am a happy customer. Joseph's spelt bread was exactly what I was looking for - a truly whole grain bread that had a great nutty flavor. It arrived with instructions on how to store and serve. I had it warm with some butter to go along with soup. This bread was wonderfully stabilizing for my blood sugar - giving me sustained energy for hours without being overly filling.
