We came here yesterday and had a fantastic waitress named Izzy, she's the reason I am writing this review. We never had to ask for anything, she was very attentive and we always had drinks on the table. She even had a to-go cup by the end of our meal. Top tier service from her. She is a very friendly person and hard worker. The food was also very good as usual. We had a great time, thank you

LongHorn Steakhouse is a popular restaurant that offers a range of delectable steak dishes and attentive service. Customers have praised the excellent quality of the steaks, with one reviewer noting their steak was cooked perfectly. The servers are often described as attentive, catering to the needs of the customers. One customer highlighted the exceptional service they received from Rebecca, saying she served with smiles and patience, creating a joyful dining experience. However, there have been some concerns, such as a missing side dish and observations of unsanitary practices by the cleaning staff. Despite a few isolated incidents, LongHorn Steakhouse seems to be a reliable choice for those seeking a satisfying steak dinner.
Some diners have shared that curbside delivery may not be the best option, suggesting it is better to walk inside for a hassle-free experience. The food quality remains consistently great, meeting expectations. Another reviewer mentioned how, after a long day, they found LongHorn to be the perfect place to relax with fine food. They expressed appreciation for their amazing waitress and a generous tip for her service. Additionally, a group celebrating a birthday and a gender reveal noted that despite an increase in their party size, the staff worked hard to accommodate them, ensuring a great time with wonderful food. Overall, LongHorn Steakhouse continues to impress many customers, with the potential for an occasional hiccup in service or cleanliness.
