I was gonna use the website but decided to order in person for the customer service questions I had. The young girl ignored me and didn’t great me. I asked about subbing for yellow rice, the total didn’t appear as upcharge but was 1.60$ more I asked why she couldn’t answer I asked again and just said whatever. Thankfully Tamika saw me asking and took over the situation and was offering the service like momma would come here baby get ya some what do you need....read full review
Unfortunately, our experience with the service at this Pollo Tropical location has not been good.
We have ordered here several times, and on multiple occasions, when we checked our order, we found that pieces or items we had already paid for were missing. I strongly recommend checking your entire order before leaving the restaurant.
Customer service also needs significant improvement. When we ask for additional sauces, the attitude sometimes makes us feel as though...read full review

Maria provides excellent customer service; she is the kind of person whose hard work and dedication keep us coming back to this establishment. The work Maria performs with such efficiency is truly important, which is why I wanted to recognize her efforts. Excellent job, Maria—you make Pollo Tropical a pleasant place to visit.

Pollo Tropical is a restaurant that offers a good dining experience. Known for its crispy and moist chicken, the restaurant also features fresh and crisp vegetables. While the food is consistently good and the line moves quickly, some recent reviews suggest that the quality has varied. Customers have noted that they have experienced lower quality rice and overcooked meats at times, although the plantains remain amazing. The mobile app allows for easy pickup, and the staff generally provides outstanding service. Many customers appreciate the kindness of the staff, especially a team member named Elizabeth, who has been recognized for her welcoming attitude. However, there have been concerns about the motivation of some workers, indicating that service can be inconsistent. The restaurant is also noted for being kid-friendly, with chairs suitable for younger guests.
