Oh man, I went to Wawa this morning and when I tell you such great service, it is just incredible. I walked in the place was packed up and this gentlemen he recognized me he took care of me right away. I don’t know his name, but he prepped the food and when I tell you, you put a smile on my face you put a smile on my face just like that quick fast in a hurry, I was in and out look at these split they need to Give that gentleman a raise.
Love everything about Wawa...the fresh and prepared food, the vibe, the music, the coffee, the candy and snack selection, the cigar selection, the prices, 24hr convenience and the employees are always a joy to interact with. Oh, and of course the price and ease of getting gas...you almost forget they are in fact a gas station. Kudos Wawa, so glad you made it down here to South Florida 😀
I understand how stressors at work can make us behave in less appealing manners, however given the circumstances of division and hostility in our country today, I think Melissa from the drinks stand exhibited arguably racially motivated behavior. She spoke to a white customer in a polite yet stern manner, however when a customer asked her a question in Spanish, I hear the most condescending “I don’t speak Spanish” and she continued to mistreat other Hispanic...read full review
