My daughter and I visit this location daily, since last August. When we first started going the doughnuts were always fresh and the coffee was strong. The customer service was mediocre until I began being serviced by Silas. He made a great impact and knew my order before I could say it. I'm big on customer service, so this meant a lot to me. There's a guy named Kevin who works at this Dunkin, he is one of the sweetest people I've met, he always helps me when I order and if there's ever a mistake or something that's missing from my mobile order, he comes to talk to me and helps me out with the situation.

I drive 17 minutes or so whenever possible to this Dunkin! It is not only convenient but the people are very nice! The food tastes fresh! when customer service is superb it makes you believe that everything is 10x better!
