“Ate the Big Arch and it was really good considering it was McDonalds. The only thing that kinda of sucked about the drive thru was how long it took to go through it. I had to wait 2 minutes after receiving my meal to receive my single drink. It was quite a long wait“
“Had an unexpected travel snafu with my 3 boys. Ended up at this McDonald's to eat and recharge our devices before heading to the airport. The lobby was clean and the food was fresh and hot. Additionally, Tiffany was so kind to us, which given the day I've had was really appreciated. To the franchise owner, you are doing something right and your employees working today, 4/12/26, deserve kudos.“
“Typical McDonald's with self.service ordering when you enter. Don't bother with the table number when selecting dining there since they just call you to the counter when your food is ready. They missed one of my fish sandwiches too so I had to ask for it.“
“Uhm, you would've thought this was Chick Fil A. Before I even looked up to go from the payment window to the order window the associate had my drink in her hand, out the window waiting for me to pull up and grab it. The woman was extremely kind and was working fast. From what I could see from the window the kitchen and floor was super clean. I pulled up to the drive through waiting parking spot and by the time I put the car in park the associate was there delivering super fresh food with a smile. Top notch service that deserves recognition!“

“Edit/update - went again today, and something has definitely changed - for the better!! Tamia at the drive thru was friendly, and excellent customer service as she told us about some specials that hadn't shown on the menu, saved us some money, and was very friendly. Food was fresh and hot, and - McDonald's! Just what we ordered.
Once again - ordered via drive thru, got my order, went home and voila - missing items. Again. This McDonald's is notorious for leaving items out of their orders. Ridiculous.“
