The shift leader girl damaris is amazing, she is always smiling every evey!!!! Every single day!!! We need more people like her, always so happy and working hard. She has such a beautiful smile, glowing face and beautiful aura. The employees here in general are so amazing. The baker is awesome she is so beautiful and makes the best donuts. “If you're a frequent Dunkin drinker, than you're probably aware which Dunkin you choose to get your drink from matters. Some spots are just a bit better than others. This is one of those spots. The employees here are always friendly, attentive, and quick to get your order out. And my iced coffee with cream and vanilla is always made great. Plus, the inside is always nice and clean. I'm a huge fan of Dunkin's $5 Meal Deal, which is what I got on this given day. I got my usual coffee, has browns, and a turkey sausage, egg and cheese wrap that hit the spot. It was exactly what I needed. Plus, they gave me a munchkin to try, which I think they were passing out to everyone. Overall, I'm lucky that this Dunkin is so near to my work because it's my go-to stop for a morning coffee, or an afternoon pick-me-up.“

“This is a pretty good Dunkin for Florida (if you’re from New England you know what I mean!), but one of the managers gives off the vibe that if there were no legal repercussions, she would slap me across the face. For no reason - unprovoked. I am always pleasant with the staff - they are making my coffee, why would I be anything less than respectful? “Always enjoy coming to the USA and seeing the differences between their stores and the ones we have in Canada. This Dunkin was great. Service was fast, staff polite. Not sure where the wishy washy reputation of Dunkin comes from but I've not had a negative experience. I do tend to forget that I have to say "hot tea" in the USA. Tea and coffee is always hot in Canada, only when we say ice(d) tea or coffee does it come cold.“

“I walked in with my two kiddos and were immediately greeted by Nikki and Dylan (Kingg). They were both so cordial, funny, and more than willing to help us. My kiddos walked away very happy with their donuts and I with my coffee. It's refreshing to have such personable employees greet you these days! Thank you, both!“

“I bought coffee in Deerfield beach and asked for coffee and cream only but they added sugar. As a diabetic and far home the area, I couldn't go back and no phone number posted to call. I stopped at this location and they were the nicest people and changed the coffee for me despite being different entities. I highly recommend this location.“
