“Coffee and doughnuts go together well. My sandwich was a complete disaster. It was served on rye, which I don't like, when it was meant to be on sour dough. The bread wasn't toasted. I was unable to even eat it. But the truth is that they just don't have enough staff members to handle all the automobiles and customers that are coming in because they're too busy.“
“This particular Dunkin store has had its ups and downs. Lots of new faces working here. The management team does their best to make the store run smooth. It is hard to find good dedicated employees. However the current staff there are friendly and provide excellent customer service. I visit this store every single day. I see the changes that they are trying to make. They want to provide the best possible experience for everyone.“

The wait time was reasonable and the person at the speaker acknowledged me as soon as I pulled up. My mobile order was ready as soon as I got to the window and I was greeted well by the cashier. “We visited late at night, and this place is open until 2am. The staff are friendly. This location is larger than many others. The seating is good for conversations and getting work done. It is clean. The coffee and ice cream were great. Yet, there are some random people sitting out front, but there were no issues.“
“I tried to take my very large van through their drive-thru and quickly realized that I wasn't going to fit. In a panic, I started to reverse and almost hit another car. You would think that the employees at this location would point and laugh at me because I was being such a dummy, but they didn't. In fact, employees Abigail, Tessa, and Shaquita (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) took the time to treat me with kindness and patience and they quickly got me out of my jam and back on the road with my donut order. At first I was so stressed and upset that I wanted to cry, but at the end of my experience at this location I had a smile on my face thanks to these three beautiful ladies. Thank you so much! I will be back at this location, only next time with a much smaller vehicle.“
“I ordered an Avocado Toast shown in the photo. It was really good. They sprinkle what tastes like everything bagel seasoning on top. My dad ordered a breakfast crescent sandwich with sausage and egg. He said it was really good. The service was quick and came with a smile. The 4 customers in there were scattered so that it was difficult to sit anyplace without asking for a chair. Maybe they were just ending a morning rush. But the place was clean.“
“Service is extremely laid back seems like a “hangout spot” for the workers but they made really good drinks and when they had donuts they were good too. Restrooms clean.Also a homeless lady camped out inside trying to get free coffee but that’s normal around Florida i’ve noticed not Dunkin’s fault.Seems like in the reviews a lot of people have problems with the drive thru window lol which we didn’t use so I cannot tell any dramatic experience like others. Just come get your coffee with a smile and maybe someone will smile back.“

“I went here like 2 weeks ago to get a coffee. I was so tired and hadn’t been to a Dunkin in a while so I forgot to order a latte and ordered a coffee regular instead. The two women that was working in there was so nice to remake it for me. Then I honestly still didn’t like it and they still re made it for me and told me not to leave until I was sure I liked it. They was so patient and so nice, I don’t take time to write reviews unless it really did something for me. Keep being kind ❤️the world need y’all“
“Best time to visit is early in the day as not much variety late afternoon/evening. I tried a cappuccino and vanilla latte. Both tasted great. I tried the munchins and a blueberry glazed donut. Also tasted great. It's a bit pricey but worth it. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Also a short walk to the beach access at Flamingo Road. I love the lid and cups! I wish our Canadian coffee shops had the same! They also close pretty early during the week, maybe because it is January?“
